About the WMUZ Mission and Ministry Book Club

We want to support your faith journey in a tangible way, through the reading of faith-based books.

Each month a book group will be selected to receive the book of the month. Whether you’re an established book club or reading group, or perhaps you want to start one – we want to help! We will curate an inspiring book from a local or national ministry, then if your club is selected, we will send you 10 copies.

Entries can be submitted thorough the 20^th of the month. The recipient will be selected by the 25^th of the month. The books will be mailed to you before the end of the month.

About Adrian Rogers:

Known for his unique ability to simplify profound truth so that it can be applied to everyday life, Adrian Rogers was one of the most effective preachers, respected Bible teachers, and Christian leaders of our time.

For over fifty years, through his evangelistic zeal and uncompromising commitment to the Word of God, he consistently presented the Good News of Jesus Christ with strong conviction, compassion, and integrity.

Of all his accomplishments, Dr. Rogers often said his greatest joy centered in his relationship to Jesus Christ, his wife and family, and the church he pastored. The recipient of many honors and awards, the trophy he treasured most was one presented to him by his children one Father’s Day in which he was proclaimed The World’s Greatest Dad.

Under his pastoral leadership, Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee, grew from 9,000 members in 1972 to more than 29,000 at his retirement in 2005.

About Love Worth Finding

Love Worth Finding (LWF) was born in 1987 out of Pastor Adrian Rogers’ vision to take the message of Jesus Christ beyond the walls of the church. “People were requesting tapes of the messages,” Dr. Rogers said. “Soon the requests began to grow to the point that we knew God was leading us into a wider ministry.”

From its modest beginnings — airing on just 17 TV stations and 19 radio stations — LWF has grown to a global presence. Today, the ministry’s radio program is broadcast on more than 2,500 stations and translators reaching into 194 countries, and their digital outreach touches millions monthly through LWF.org, the MyLWF app, YouTube, podcasts, email, and social media.

In addition to media programs, LWF offers books, Bible studies, videos, and other discipleship resources to help believers grow in their daily walk with Christ.
