FULL-TIME 4 – 7 P.M. DRIVE-TIME ON-AIR HOST
WMUZ-FM is the premier Christian talk station serving Southeastern Michigan and Metro Detroit for over 65 years; we have an opening for the position of a social, political, and conservative 4 – 7 PM drivetime host.
This position requires a person that feels a call to ministry, to communicate spiritual truths in a dynamic way, resulting in indispensable Christian talk programming.
Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to the following:
- Preparation and planning for programming content
- Executing format according to the exact standards established by the station
- Assist in developing commercial campaign strategies and service clients
- Be familiar with production strategy and results objectives
- Integrate programming content with commerciality in a creative and effective manner

SHOW PRODUCER
Crawford Media Group, Detroit is looking for a full-time Show Producer to produce our afternoon drive program.
You should have previous training and/or experience producing live, interactive radio shows, including ‘running the board’. Ease with booking guests is essential and a strong list of contacts is very helpful. Candidates should be familiar with audio production and broadcast storage/playback tools such as RCS Zetta and Adobe Audition.
You must also be able to think quickly and possess good problem-solving skills, possess an excellent customer service mindset, strong work ethic, be punctual, have professional appearance and demeanor.
